Eligibility Criteria
We secure hairdresser sponsorship in Australia under the 190 or 491 state sponsorship visa subclasses, as well as 482 and 494 employer sponsorship. The 190 is a permanent residency visa; the 491 is a temporary visa with a pathway to permanent residency.
Hairdressing Qualification
Hold relevant hairdressing qualifications from your home country.
Recent Experience
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the last 5 years as a hairdresser. 3 years of experience is required if you have no qualification.
English Language
Meet the English language requirements for your visa subclass.
You will need to provide
- Copy of passport bio-data page
- Copy of an up-to-date CV outlining all qualifications and experience (part-time, full-time and casual roles outlined)
- Current visa grant letter (if you're already in Australia)
